I am pretty sure I have developed this problem in my LH shoulder as a result of poor stretching methods; arms swinging in circles. Has anybody else had this problem? I have no pain but how long will it take to strengthen the muscles up and make me tight again? The thought of being on dryland for weeks makes me sick to my stomach.

Thanks for the input you two, I appreciate it. I found the link to the exercises and I also made an appt. with the sports med. doctor at the office I go to; tommorow AM. I should have done something about this before it got to the point where my shoulder started popping but I guess you live and learn.
