We're thinking about holding a combined Masters and age group meet. What do I need to do to ensure that we meet the sanction and insurance requirements of both governing bodies (USMS and USA Swimming)?
For example, can Masters and USA-S swimmers swim in the same heat, or do they need to be in separate heats?

What if a lot of people show up. I could see where it would take forever to get through a 100 yd free or maybe a 50 yd ***. Some events I've been to might have more than 4 of each.
