This is not free but the TI Four strokes made easy DVD has helped me immensely. My freestyle has gone from hohum to totally relaxed, quiet, long, smooth, and virtually effortless. Swimming has never been so fun. Check for it on ebay. Might be a good deal there for you to pick up.
