Has anyone tried them? How do the fit and last? More importantly, do they have any lining in the front? From their site I get the impression that they do not. Without lining, I am afraid it might be a bit obscene.
Thanks for any help

I bought an Agon suit for my granddaughter last year. She had just out grown 22's in the Niki, Speedo, and TYR lines so I ordered a 24 for her from Agon. It was too big... she hasn't tried it on in awhile so I don't know if she has grown into it yet. But, it is fully lined in front. I think you need to specify that you want it lined. The neat thing about Agon from what I understand, is that you can specify how you want your suit... lycra or poly... lingerie strap or full straps... type of back... lined or unlined, etc. I would go to their web site and ask.
I'm not fond of the color orange (for reasons other than the obvious UGA alum thing), but the granddaughter's team's colors are orange and navy so I thought she might enjoy an orange suit. Y'all, the orange suit is about the color of a gold fish (the animal, not the cracker) and is absolutely beautiful.
The team suits for Central Oregon Masters in Bend are by Agon and they seem to like them as their logo is somehow lasered onto the front and swimmers can order whichever style they prefer. You might email one of the COMA reps to find out the skinny on their team suits.

I was a little worried, since some Swim Kentucky members purchased them. They did not have enough time to send in for a kit and guessed. The women were a bit surprised at the cut for the rear end. I really like their concept of dyeing the material, so I took a stab and went for a grab bag suit. Their site allowed me to see what styles were available in my size. I received the suit in less than a week and the fit was awesome. I finally found something that keeps me in on the top and bottom. I ordered the Freeback lycra. So far the black and orange colors have held well. I am using it as a practice suit and see no signs of wear.
It's a bit unfair to say the whole company stinks because of one experience with a logo. The question here was whether the suits fit and are of a good quality. That is entirely different from a logo issue.
Agon suits are my preferred brand. Their grab-bag suits are inexpensive and lots of fun since you never know what team suit you may end up with. But, even with the grab bags, you have your choice of suit material, back style, lining (fully front-lined, unlined, fully lined), thick or thin straps, etc. I think they are slightly more generously sized than some other brands (at least, the last couple of times I tried on a Speedo or Tyr suit, I had to go up a size). Like any lycra suit, they don't last very long (although their tech fabrics last somewhat longer). But, that way, even if you get a really hideous color combination, you're not stuck with it forever. Another couple of months, and you get to be something different!
My friends and I ordered custom printed drag suits from them, they ran a little large, and the strings were kind of meh, but besides that they were awesome.
these suits stink. And so does the company that makes them.
go to usms discussions and search for agon, and you'll see a big discussion on these.

I've had several grab-bag agon suits and have loved them all. The material itself stretches out ages before the colors fade, and the material itself depending on what type you specify holds up really well as well. I've gotten regular cuts as well as the female knee-skin suits from them and would do business with them again.
i have noticed that the agon suit stretch out really fast and get loose. Not bad for a practice suit if you dont like drag suits.
I think that depends on the material you choose. Out of the three suits I've had from them...2 of them the elastic died before the material ever stretched or the color ever faded. They both lasted a considerable amount of time past what I would have expected--an opinion I had gotten from Speedo and other brands 1/4 season wonders. The 3rd was cheaper and a lesser material and it was a knee suit that stretched all the way to my ankles and beyond after maybe 3months of regular use==still not too bad for a suit that cost me $22
