Our team is planning to form a non-profit organization. Has anyone else done this with their team? Does anyone have a set of "Articles of Incorporation" I could use as a template for our team? Thanks.

Several groups in the PNA have incorporated. The PNA chair, Jeanne Ensign, helped to incorporate GLAD. My husband Hugh recently helped incorporate Federal Way Masters. He will send you some information this afternoon.
If you are interested, there is a PNA board meeting on Tuesday evening at the Bellevue Club.
