Do any of you swimmers use a recovery drink after a workout? Endurox R4 is one that was recommended. Does anyone use this one? Are they really beneficial? :) Any feedback is appreciated.

Replenishing your glycogen reserves after a workout is important. Endurox R4 and similar drinks make that easy and convenient. Gatorade and different ___ades are good, but they have no protein in them.
Adding some protein to your (post) workout drink speeds up delivery of glucose to your muscles, speeding up the recovery and if it's consumed during workouts it actually improves performance compared to just water or something like ___ade.
There are many drinks on the market, but I make my own.
Half a scoop of protein powder, milk/juice and a table spoon or two (depending on the workout) of good quality honey...
