I have just returned to swimming after about 25 years and am excited to get in shape and improve all of my strokes. I always was a freestyler and never learned how to do a correct turn in the breaststroke. Any tips on the basics of the turn? I know to avoid pulling into the turn.
Thanks.:)

I do the pull after the turn straight back under my body, rather than the sculling that is done for a "regular" pull. I have often wondered why the sculling is used on the regular pull, but not the pull out. Would it possibly be faster to do a straight pull on the stroke or a scull on the pull out?
Helloooooo, Wayne - are you reading this???? Help us novices out!:)
