I have just returned to swimming after about 25 years and am excited to get in shape and improve all of my strokes. I always was a freestyler and never learned how to do a correct turn in the breaststroke. Any tips on the basics of the turn? I know to avoid pulling into the turn.
Thanks.:)

Well let's see if I can explain this.
In breaststroke both hands must touch the wall before turning.
So both hands touch the wall, drop you left arm, swing your legs up and in, while rotating your right arm around. Push off the wall and stream line.
The key to a good breaststroke turn is a good pull out after leaving the wall.
Here's how I do a pull out (but it's been 15 years so anyone see an error please correct me):
Do a full breaststroke pull, but instead of stopping bring your arms all the way to your side, kick, breathe, and shoot your arms out.
It's tough for me to explain this, I could show you no problem...
Hope that makes sense.
