I got a new swimcap and almost eveyr time, they're too long heightwise and make me look like a conehead. The only thing I could think of to remedy this would be to fold up the ends a little over the top but wouldnt' that be counterproductive to what the cap was designed to do? Or is that any difference? Also, do you wear your goggle straps in or out of the cap?

I have tried latex and silicone caps and always end up with a h...of a headache:( So now I use lycra caps - they fit really snug when they are fairly new. They probably wear out faster than the other - but the comfort is great and they stay on.
I keep my goggles on the outside and since I started to use goggles with a double strap, I haven't lost them on the start.:cool:
