I'm just getting back into swimming after sometime.
One term I never came across when I was swimming was pshych sheet.
Could someone explain to me?

A psych sheet is a listing of who is participating in the meet, by event and usually by age, too. Heat sheet is the one that tells you where you are swimming (lane and heat #)
