From WBAL-AM Radio in Baltimore:
American Michael Phelps has won the gold medal in the 200-meter individual medley with an Olympic-record time of 1:57.14.
American Ryan Lochte won the silver with a time of 1:58.78.
George Bovell of Trinidad won the bronze in 1:58.80.
This gives the Olympic swimmer from Towson four gold medals and three bronze medals. he has a chance at two more medals in the 2004 games in Athens.

Yes but it looks like the Olympics are taking it's toll on young Phelps. He's off his world record by 1.5 seconds. Hope he get's a good night's sleep.

That may be true ... but most wish I could do as well without as much sleep. Who cares? The kid's done well.
