HELLO EVERYONE FROM VENEZUELA!!
I am glad that I found about this forum and to find sooo many interesting subjects. So you will see me around every now and then.
So I got back into swimming after 2 months and I need some help/advice. Before I used to be in a master swimming team but then I stopped and now I am swimming on my own 4 times a week. What would be an ideal workout that provides me with endurance, speed and so on...? I swim around 3280 yards so I don't know if that's enough or how should I increase the number of helps. In other words...help me!
If anybody out there has any links, tips, books that they recommend, ANYTHING! please feel free to send them to me.
