Yes, I believe it is who will get DQ'ed a result of a positive test in actual OG competition, not prior. Since cycling, swimming and weightlifting start before track & field, they would probably be better bets. -LBJ

Then how do you explain the fact that, as an organization we DON'T comply (and have no demonstrated intent to comply) with whatever anti-doping rules FINA has and, yet, still remain a member? There are no doping controls for Masters swimmers. In my conversation with the Executive Director of FINA last June, there are no plans for doping controls for Masters swimmers. There is no reason for them. Many of the controlled substances are the proper therapy for conditions that Masters swimmers suffer. michael

I suspect very few Masters swimmers require an anabolic steroid for a legitimate medical condition. I believe that caffeine has been removed from the list.
