USA Olympic Team Trials for Swimming will be broadcast on the NBC network on the following dates/times (Eastern time - check local listings): Friday, July 9: live broadcast from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sunday, July 11: live broadcast from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sunday, July 18: taped highlights from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. For many of us, it will be better than Monday Night Football. :D

Women's 200 fly: three way race between Sandeno, Dana Kirk, and Mary Descenza. The Men's 100 back at the Santa Clara Invitational this year was one of the best races I've ever seen. Michael Phelps was in there with the swimmers listed above. Jeff Rouse for president! I had a chance to meet Mary Descenza. I hope she wins everything. She's such an awsome person. If anybody is still looking for a favorite swimmer, I vote for Mary.
