I have not swum long course in many years and realizing it is different for everyone but what some of the people out there use as a "personal conversion factor" between short course yards and long course meters.

Most swim stores on the web have a simple slide rule converter that's easy to do the # conversions. I think I got mine at www.kiefer.com for $3.
I love LCM because the less flip turns the better. :)
