Does anyone know how the International Point Scores are calculated? These are used to score the world cup times and give a score that allows you to compare times in different events. I found it interesting to plug in my times in various events.

The scores are based on top world class times, it would be interesting to have something similar for each age group based on top times in that age group, or one's own personal top times.
Playing with Masters top ten times and Naionals times it seems that Masters swimmers get better scores in shorter events, i.e. scores in longer events are further off world class times.
