i just want to thank all of you who had this battle in the past--it was all of the advice that I read that helped this problem to be solved.

At my pool the chlorine levels are sometimes really really high. 24 hour fitness uses their custodial crew to "manage" the pool. The thing is, the pool only has a few regulars and I am certain that it is a financial drain for the club to maintain. I am afraid to complain too much about the chlorine because I don't want it closed down permanently.
I think that I will try the email route, and encourage the other regulars to do so too.
