I'm new to this board. Actually, just new to posting. I've been entertained by your comments for quite a while now.
I've been swimming for a few years (I'm 29), and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I really struggle with speed. I really relate to all the posts regarding being 'slow'. But I keep trying the suggestions I get from you all. So thank you.
Anyhow, my question. I have such a hard time with goggles. Either they're too tight and give me a headache. Or they're too loose and water trickles in. Agghh!!! I've tried different brands, different styles.... I'm just wondering if there is some trick to getting the perfect seal.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Try TUSA Spyder goggles. They are fashioned after the Swedes but have a thin silicone gasket. They are almost indestructable as I can usually get a year's wear out of a single pair. Much better than any other goggle I've ever tried. Can be purchased via swimx.com. Do have an adjustable nose piece.
