Hello All,
I'm new to this board. Actually, just new to posting. I've been entertained by your comments for quite a while now.
I've been swimming for a few years (I'm 29), and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I really struggle with speed. I really relate to all the posts regarding being 'slow'. But I keep trying the suggestions I get from you all. So thank you.
Anyhow, my question. I have such a hard time with goggles. Either they're too tight and give me a headache. Or they're too loose and water trickles in. Agghh!!! I've tried different brands, different styles.... I'm just wondering if there is some trick to getting the perfect seal.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I said it once, and I'll say it again... The best goggles in the world are either Speedo's GCGs or Vanquishers. The GCG 's have a thin neoprene seal, where the Vanquishers have silicone gaskets. Both include adjustable nose pieces, which solve the nose bridge concerns.
On a side note, tighter goggle straps don't necessarily mean a tighter seal. Also, I would agree with wearing your goggles underneath your cap if you're diving. Otherwise, in my opinion, it doesn't matter how you wear them.
