Pregnancy workouts

I am six months pregnant and looking for some new ideas for my swim workouts. I usually swim three times a week and have been doing between 1,500 and 2,000 yards a workout. My favorite has been to swim a half mile and then do a set of 10 by 100 - alternating kicks and pulls. I was hoping for any suggestions that helped other women prepare for their pregnancies. Also, is flip turning going to become a problem? This is my first post and I'm looking forward to hearing any suggestions!

    Too cute, I hope Carrick is doing well even though his appearance was early. And Wow, you are ready to compete at Nationals this soon after having him. Let's see, my first is a backstroke/flier/IMr, my second does nothing but breastroke. I had no idea when either were born that they would be swimmers as they did not get into it until later.
