Pregnancy workouts

I am six months pregnant and looking for some new ideas for my swim workouts. I usually swim three times a week and have been doing between 1,500 and 2,000 yards a workout. My favorite has been to swim a half mile and then do a set of 10 by 100 - alternating kicks and pulls. I was hoping for any suggestions that helped other women prepare for their pregnancies. Also, is flip turning going to become a problem? This is my first post and I'm looking forward to hearing any suggestions!

  • I'll share something funny, well I thought it was... Carrick was born 5 weeks early on January 8, 2004. That also happens to be Roque Santos' birthday. He's on our team. Obviously I was a little busy and didn't get his b-day card out on time. When I finally did though I asked him that if Carrick too would be an Olympian because he was born on his birthday. Then I added, "Yeah, probably in Rhythmic Gymnastics!"
