Hi all. I am looking for Kellogg Patton, or a way to get in touch with her. She was my first masters coach (which was only 3.5 years ago) in Warner Robins, GA. 3.5 years is a while but you found me now.
I am in Prescott AZ.
Am not swimming at this time but think about it often. I still coach except this time it is for my mother. She has Parkinson's disease and the pool is the only place where she can walk unassisted. The pool is a therapy pool heated to 95 degrees and large enough to get some good exercise (therapy). Two strokes of freestyle and I am at the other side. I teach mom to float and do the skulling drill everyone on the team always hated. She is getting pretty good at it except she cannot seem to propel herself backwards.
We swim 2 x per week. I tread water for the 50 plus minutes we are in the pool.
