I was just looking at the prelim results for the Western Sectional meet going on in Federal Way, WA. It looks like we should see a good race tonight in the women's 100 meter ***. Here are the top two seeds from this morning:
1 QUANN, MEGAN 20 TITANS-PN 1:09.57
2 BEARD, AMANDA 22 FORD AQUATICS-AZ 1:10.32

My prediction is Megan Quann wins, but not by much. She's better in the 100 and Beard is better in the 200.
We are very proud of our Coach Bake and hope he can drop that extra 3 seconds to make the Olympic trials. He did a summer time trial at 2:05+. He works very hard with his masters team and the high school team and the young kids he coaches also.
He does this and also swims 6 days a wk trying to make the cuts.
Now that's dedication.
