What is the fastest age for a swimmer(mine seems to be faster as i get older and yes i swam as a youngster...now im 37..)?

No, I didn't read the article, but I will have to check it out.
Calorie counting - ugh. I can do well for several weeks and then bad for several weeks. My sweet tooth can really kick into high gear sometimes.:(
