What is the fastest age for a swimmer(mine seems to be faster as i get older and yes i swam as a youngster...now im 37..)?

as a late bloomer I am fast and I overtake a majority of lifelong USMS swimmers, but I would like to know and use more information to progress.
Also the 'Foremost World Authority in Adult Swimming' should care about "...Does anyone still care?", but it doesn't.
