I'm sick of this whole discussion board. The fact that he can get so many people riled up (including myself) is absolutely amazing to me. I have much more interest in being the best father I can be to my two children (and one on the way), making a living and excelling in my career, working out, and enjoying life. I know I can be argumentative on some subjects (anything Ion says, Race Club, etc ...), but I truly got on here to learn about USMS and maybe pick up a few pointers. Like it or not, after unwanted emails from Ion, I have decided to just read what goes on here from time to time and hopefully I will learn something! I am sorry if I have made anyone mad at me, please understand that I have strong opinions and sometimes can't keep my mouth shut. I will now and ignore Ion's posts.
