was the ion thread pulled- i certainly hope so... this is a great place to post about swimming not get into arguments which digress into name calling... there's enough rubbish on the 'net as it is... let's keep this place positive and enjoyable.... had to vent... lots of love....

    Hey Ion, I don't like the USS site becauase there are too many kids. And too many "I go a 1:14 in the 100 breaststroke, am I good" type posts. Now back to a SWIM topic: It has got to be a goal of your to make the top 10 in either the 1650 or 1000. That would require you holding 1:05.5 p/100 for the mile or 1:04.5 p/100 for the 1000. If you can do 16x 100 LCM on 1:25 then you should be able to do a 1000 in less than 11:00 and a mile in less than 18:00 Are those your best events? Second, I asked what a VO2Max set was. You may have answered but I did not have the chance to read the reply.
