I got to the gyn at 5 minutes to 8:00 and the pool closes at 8:30 (bummer). This is what I got in: 500 warmup 8x25 kicks on :45 100 easy 4x100 on 2:00 100 cool down _____ 1200 yards In retrospect the warmup was too long and kept me from my main set. I had wanted to do 10x100 and get the yardage up to around 2000. Also, the short cool down left me panting into the locker room. I used the treadmill for about 10 minutes to "come down" a little. Anyway, can you structure 30 minutes total pool time so that you get in some decent work and still have time to cool down? Any creative ideas out there?

Wow! You are a Machine! I like what you have here, but I am not quite up to it yet, though I hope to be. This was only my third workout and before that I haven't done much swimming over the years. Fayetteville is not far away... Do you do triathlons? That is actually what I am training for - the Tri the parks sprint triathlon series.
