I'm 6' 3 1/2" (used to be 6' 4") at a present weight of 206 lbs. When I started master swimming 6 years ago I was a husky 228 lbs. Last year at our Canadian Nationals I was 201 lbs. Okay, I've had an extended layoff over the Christmas break and a holiday in Cancun. I'm now "50" and find it more and more difficult to get down to that lean, mean, competitive machine where I need to be. O'well I've got a few months to get there.
