height/weight ratio?

thanks yall! I got a report today that he has been taken off the ventalator and now has a trach tube for breathing, is sitting up in a chair. (this ventalator and trach tube sounded really strange to me, but a nurse friend said that it is unbelieveable how much energy we use breathing so anything to help the body to conserve energy/use it toward healing is helpful) The ICU nurses were really surprised the morning after he got the trach tube because he had figured out how to talk on his own--LOL lawyers can't keep from talking not matter what! JJ all you attorny types out there!
