Well, in my youth I was about 5'3"and 3/4 during most of my swimming career. As an adult am a heavyweight around 185 to 190 and only 5'4",no wonder I've slowdown several seconds in swimming. But about 5 years ago I was 216. I just let myself get fatter and fatter. One reason to return to the swimming.
