does anyone know where I could purchase a swim log book...or maybe what you use for one...after school swimming is over I will start my own work outs and would liek to keep track of them.
I am surprized no one mentioned the personal swim manager PSM by Hy-Tek. It is by far the best product I have seen. Keeps all of your swimming records. Best times, goals , meets, all your mileage. breaks it down into energy levels, strokes, with fins without , drills etc. etc. . Prints out reports of all kinds. Even % of improvement etc. It is the same format all of the meet directors use. Hy-Tek is the way to go for serious recordkeeping.
