I would like some information on what some of you eat the night before and the morning of a meet? Any information would be helpful.

So milk is good when you are conditioning, but not so good close to competition. (That was the theory...) Dunno... the buffers in milk help soothe my stomach. Especially after a meet when I have swallowed lots of air (and not much food).
