This weekend I have an 1/2 postal swim in my local 25 meter pool and will be aiming for 1600+ meters. I am age group D and have been swimming for the last 9 months after 20 odd years away from the blocks.
My question is do you have a 1/2 hour postal swim in the States and can someone please post a link for recent results/distances swum?

thats pretty good going,i only manage 1500m in half hour,but hope to improve this
