For Xmas I received a gift certificate to Amazon.com and was browsing through the books. I came across the book, Total Immersion by Terry Laughlin. He is a masters swimmer. i was wondering if anyone has purchased this book and if it is worth the money. If you do have it, have you learned anything new or learned any new tips while swimming?

I have it and think it is great. I highly recomend it. Just make sure you get the most recent book. Also, you might want to see if they have the DVD "Freestyle Made Easy". It just recently came out and has some refined and better drills.
TI is a great way to smooth out your stroke and incorporate the techniques into your stroke.
