:blush: Maybe I'm too enthusiastic! .....nah really I have issues with my pelvis (I think an in-balance in hamstrings & quads ...not sure) so for me I really do have to watch what 'activities' I get up to pre-competition.
You have to work (out) hard on building your short-axis muscles / movement / undulations (even if you're a long axis, i.e., non-evil, swimmer).
