It also says you are pre-approved to be a member of the "Circle of Champions " if you are ranked in the top 20 by Fina or top 3 in your country. Doesn't say masters are excluded so I sent them an email telling them I was pre-approved. I'm not sure what it buys you to be in the "Circle of Champions" but I thought it would be fun to ask and see what they say.
