Hey all,
I am a born again athlete training for my first sprint tri next June. Ands I am looking for someone who is familiar with open water techniques or at least has an idea of what program would be best for me. I swim well enough to stay afloat...;)

Go to the USMS.org page and at the right either click on LMSC Info (easier) or Places To Swim. Find your LMSC in Texas, find a team, and track down a coach locally that way. Good luck.
