i am an italian coch and swimmer that want know the big master family. i have known the italian family since this year (before i was a competitive swimmwer) but i want know something from other state.
if there is a kind person who want teach me sothing of us master i'm very happy.

I've taught English as a Second Language and I would have been chuffed (British English meaning very happy) if my students had been able to write with your confidence and clarity!!

"Coached workout" means that it is a training session which is run by a swimming coach.
