what mean coched workout? Bokko, you answered your own question! Coached workouts, at least for my Masters' team, is pretty much the same as "training." For example, our coach e-mails us a planned workout for every time we meet which is three times a week. He is there twice a week to supervise our progress in stroke technique, drills, et cetera. Also, the coach keeps in mind upcoming meets we will be attending (like 13 December). ... want know the big master family. United States Masters Swimming is indeed a big "family" here with over 42,000 members. Many masters teams can be compared to one's "second family." Right, Jean? Don't apologize for your English! A friend of mine, whom I see at the pool, is from Napoli and has been in this country for 20+ years. And, his English is still improving! My knowledge of Italian is limited to my knowledge of music terms. Please be patient on receiving an answer to your post! It takes time for us to read yours and respond. Ciao! Mark (Marco)
