check the places to swim index on the first page of USMS.org. Also--do you belong to a YMCA, YMHA or JCC? Sometimes you can use those memberships to swim at the local facility that is part of that organization.
If you belong to USMS--it's the same thing. You generally can swim with a Masters group as long as you have your ID card with you. You may have to pay a small fee to participate in the official practices.

On a recent post ArtShark asked for us to post any swim related internet sites for reference. There is a site www.swimmersguide.com that will probably help you.

Hall of fame aquatic complex- visitors can train with the master's team; it's $ 10.00 a go... other than that, during public hours it's like $3-4.00 or something;
There's lots of places to swim in miami, it depends on where you are staying...
check out the links in this site (places to swim is quite good)...
good luck!
