One of the things I have come to find most useful at this site has been the links posted by many of the participants. I thought it might be helpful for a lot of us if everyone could post one or two of their favorite swimming related links here for us to add to our favorites, and sort of build our own reference library. Thanks Nancy, another good site. I liked the sections at the end with links about what to eat, and the training techniques. Already my "library" is starting to grow. I hope that Joey Butts and JC Fly are checking some of these sites out. I think they may find them useful.
