I just wanted to know what you eat before your swim practices or meets whether it be early in the morning or evening.

Small bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats and coffee at 5:00 am and swim at 5:30. Never a problem for me. Before an event, same thing, but only one cup of coffee (cuts down trips to the restroom) and sips of H2O and sport drink untill the start time.
