i have failed miserably trying to find barracuda goggles in europe so i have ordered some "speedo speedsocket"goggles they were 16 pounds appx $25,has anyone used these before and i would appreciate any comments on these.

Use to use them but found anti fog didnt last long - but £16 is a good price for these goggles.
I use them and I like them. They fit my eye socket well.
With all goggles, the best one to buy is the one that best fits your face. If you find one that is perfect, buy a few pairs at once. Goggle manufacturers LOVE to discontinue brands. They do this so they can make more money, by making us search all over again for a goggle that will fit !
finally they came today some 3-4weeks later....they are too tight so dont fit .I have never had this problem with goggles before.Even when i fully adjust them out they are too tight...any ideas as i am beyond being annoyed over this...H.................................E.....................L............P...
the kids seem to be replacing goggle straps with 'bungie cord type thingie's' I've seen them in the Kiefer catelog. Don't know if they would work with your goggles.
thanks laineybug but i think ill return them and keep using my futura legend ones....if it aint broke then dont try to fixit.....some good did come from ordering though i ordered some tyr swimshorts they fit great so im keeping them.
Did you take your goggles straight out of the case and put them on ? They could be too narrow acrosss the bridge of your nose.
In the goggle case there are 4 interchangable nose clips. I myself had to fit the widest one to my goggles before they fit me, as i have a wide bridge to the nose.
One other point, is the nose clip upside down ? The first time i put it on upside down and swum for 1/2 hour before noticing. To check make sure the "speedo" logo on the side of the lens is upright. It can be easy to overlook these points.
