PARDON the spelling but i've just got over my first veruka in many years.I'm from uk so i don't know if you call this the same thing "across the pond"if you call it something different then i'd better explain what i'm rattling on about. Its like a blister with a hole in it and you get them on your feet, sorry if you do call it the same thing for me rattling on about its description....so what do masters swimmers do to A)AVOID THEM B)GET RID OF THEM C)STOP THEM RETURNING I used cream(basuka)and a plaster over it seems to have done the trick, took a while to work though.

it was there at least 3 weeks before i realised it was what it was then about 1.5weeks getting rid.it was about10mm across with a hole in it,i've had to remove some small amount of skin to fully get rid,on the tube of basuka it says to use pumice stone to gently file away.
