I am constantly surprised that when I do my training sessions at my local pool, there are very few other people apart from myself ,that drink water while they are training.I drink about 1 litre for a 1 1/2 hour session.Do others take in liquids while training or am I an exception?? :cool:

I don't think I could get through a workout without a liter of water.
Correction... I had forgotten my water once or twice, and making it through the workout without it was just plain miserable.
It did impact my performance.
Typically, I drink about a gallon of water a day... what can I say, I like water.
