I am constantly surprised that when I do my training sessions at my local pool, there are very few other people apart from myself ,that drink water while they are training.I drink about 1 litre for a 1 1/2 hour session.Do others take in liquids while training or am I an exception??

It doesn't smell like it any more since they drained the pool recently and cleaned it. But throughout most of the summer, after almost a year had passed since the last cleaning, the water did in fact stop smelling like chlorine and started smelling like fried chicken. I would get out of the pool smelling like a KFC employee and desperately want to get into the shower. Sometimes the smell would give me heartburn. Also, since they cleaned it, I don't feel nearly as greasy when I finish my workout, and you can now see clearly under water from one end of the pool to the other, where before the cleaning the underwater visibility was limited to about 15-20 meters.
I'm enjoying the cleaner pool while it lasts, but I figure that by May it will start to stink again. I almost posted something about it back in the spring when it first became noticeable, but I didn't think anyone would believe it. Don't drink the water!
As for my trespassing adventure, I just never got around to it.
