I am constantly surprised that when I do my training sessions at my local pool, there are very few other people apart from myself ,that drink water while they are training.I drink about 1 litre for a 1 1/2 hour session.Do others take in liquids while training or am I an exception??

My water bottle seems to be pretty safe... its the Zoomers I have to go looking for. Kids will take them without asking in a heartbeat... LOL, guess they realize I will say no, and its easier to get forgiveness than permission. A couple of times I've actually had to swim around in the shallow end looking at kid's feet to find them. Picture that--grown woman with goggles and cap on, swimming around the various groups of kids looking at their feet. My 'scales did get ruffled' one time when a kid did ask, I said no, and he waited until I was swimming a set and not paying attention, and took them anyway.
Thank goodness they haven't swam away yet.
