I would be interested to know just how much stretching and other exercise people do before they start their training sessions.:D

A few minutes in a sauna, steam room or hot tub helps prepare muscles for strenuous excercise.
If the facility doesn't have one of these, I stretch under a hot shower for about ten minutes before entering the pool.
