Hey gang! Was just reading the hips and shoulders roll together always. When I do so, the shoulder feels pressure--as if I'm pressing on my joints. Any suggestions how to roll hips and shoulders without the feeling of joint pressure?

Try rolling the hip just a hair ahead of the shoulders. Most people are concentrating on their shoulders and arms and the brain will think like that too. Just give it a go--think hips first--the shoulders will go along and at the same time too.
